I want you to be delighted with my artwork. If you are not, then I am happy for you to return the item and I will refund your purchase price.
I ask only that you cover the cost of the postage fees, that you notify me as soon as possible, and return the item in the condition that you received it within 14 days.
Naturally, if your item is poorly constructed then I will gladly refund or exchange the item. I do try and maintain a very high standard but if something escapes my attention then I am more than happy to correct it.
I'm sure you will understand that I cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. I pack all items carefully to help their journey and have found no problems thus far however, while Australia Post are generally very good, they too can experience issues. If this is a concern to you, can I suggest that you request 'Registered Post' Insurance. Just send me an email to arrange this.
